There are many seasons, ups and downs, but the one thing that is consistent is the God is always there helping me along. Without God nothing is possible and He’s the force behind all the good that I do.


Family

Family is what tethers us to what really matters. Making more time with our kids while they are in our home is vital but also teaching them to be self sufficient once they leave your home is also important.


Fitness

When you're younger, fitness is often about fitting into certain clothes. But as you age, it becomes more about mobility and quality of life, as the effects of aging start to show in our bodies.


Purpose

I created this space for like-minded women on their health journey. Health is not just about physical health, but most importantly it's about spiritual and mental health.
