What is Beachbody on Demand?
You most likely have heard of Beachbody home workout programs. From P90X to Insanity they have some of the best fitness trainers with amazing programs that get results. Beachbody workouts just got even better with Beachbody on Demand (BOD), you can stream them from any phone, tablet, and smart TV. That gives you, even more opportunities to get your workout in, not more excuses.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS BEACHBODY ON DEMAND?
There are many ways for you to access Beachbody on Demand. The first way is simply through your favorite web browser on your computer, just log in to your account at beachbodyondemand.com. When you first log in it will ask you questions to match you to the programs that are most appealing to you. Another feature is that you can print out the nutrition program and/or schedule from your computer.
You can also access BOD through your phone or tablet by downloading the Beachbody On Demand app from the App Store. That's how I access I use BOD, I workout in my garage and I do not have a TV in there. I just open the App on my Ipad and boom I have my workout for the day! You can also connect your tablet to the TV with an HDMI cable, and now you have the workout program on your TV. You can also stream it on Apple TV, Roku, Chromcast, or Amazon Fire TV stick.

The better question is what do you not get? You get access to everything that Beachbody has ever released. But you also will have access to any new workout programs they release in 2017. So you will have unlimted access to Tony Horton, Chalene, Autumn Calabrese, Sagi Kalev, Shaun T and many others.

Not sure which program you want to do. No problem! The Challenge Du Jour (CDJ) is an easy way for you to keep it interesting and try out different programs—while staying on track. You can even subscribe to get text notifications each morning telling you your workout for the day. Giving you structure but also keeps your workouts interesting.
There's skeleton calendar that has certain types of workouts on certain days, and then they plug in a particular workout into that space. So, one week you might have a different workout from seven different trainers depending on which workouts they pull!
